In collaboration with the Carlo & Carla studio, we have been overseeing the renovation of this house since 2024, conducting the tender process and supervising the work. We have ensured the technical validation of the project, the management of bids, the control of execution and safety on site, as well as monitoring for the Occupancy Licence, with completion scheduled for 2026.
