Phase A – Project coordination: Project and Licensing
The Project Management service – Phase A: Design and Licensing ensures technical, economic and administrative monitoring of the entire project development process, guaranteeing legal, efficient and sustainable solutions with the best value for money.
This phase comprises two distinct internal stages:
Phase A.1 - Design and Licensing
Focused on project coordination since its initial phase, legal support and monitoring of licensing packages
Phase A.2 - Detailed Technical Design
Dedicated to defining technical specifications, supervising, verifying and analysing the list of materials, and preparing the technical and economic package for the contract with the main contractor. Together, these steps ensure rigorous and integrated management, from design to final preparation for the execution of the work.
We monitor and provide technical and financial assistance to the project development team (architects and engineers), ensuring the most appropriate, legal, efficient and sustainable solutions of the highest quality for the project, with the best value for money for a property investment such as this, both for the licensing package and for the execution project and the technical and financial package for the final contract with the main contractor.
The methodology for activities at this stage will follow the progress of the project and the budget (for the BOQ) and consists of:
- Meetings and contacts with clients, architects, and engineers from the project team;
- Meetings with licensing bodies, if necessary;
- Project coordination reports, by the project management coordinator.
The objectives of this phase are the licensing packages for building permits and the implementation project, including the technical-economic package for the final contract with the contractor.
