In collaboration with the Vítor Vilhena studio, we have been overseeing the construction of a single-family home since 2022, coordinating the project, the tender process, and supervising the work. We are responsible for technical compatibility, contractor selection, and quality control until the occupancy permit is obtained, with completion scheduled for 2025.
